can you Insert beats off a CD using cool edit?

i got a beat cd and wanna use it to record on cool edit.......

how do i import the music from my CD into the program so i can record my track usin the beat?

yo watt i do is insert it straight from the cd....
its under i think ummm insert in the pull down menu
an u look at ur windows broswerb (not internet) find ur cd drive an select the track

simple...........

If ima use Cool Edit what i would do is load the track up insert it to multitrack then save mixdown as an mp3 file...that normally works...or if you got media player jus copy from CD onto file..simple as

Go to file. on the one track view....


Then Audio To CD... Then you can select what track you want.

wow.. i c the cpu genius gotta help you .. this is what u do.. open the song/beat u wanan use in cool edit.. its gonna play it that edit view.. where u see all the green garbage shit wave file type shit... when its playin it there there.. go to file save as.. then save it as a .mp3.. thats how u turn .m3u (Proffesional CD files) into files u can handle (mp3)... holla atcha boi...
