The thing is, he was modded and it was cool. Then he kept saying he was gonna win, and it got annoying. Now he's deleting votes against him. If you blame it on the lack of knowing how to vote, then go back through the whole tourney and delte all the wack votes. The outcome would be a lot different, since that policiy didn't come into effect until this morning.
