I go to the Y every other day. I work out my arms in toning, and then heavy lifting, then wait a day, move on to abdominals for toning, and pretty much work on my quadriceps and gluteus in toning and heavylifting.

Waiting a day allows the ripped muscles to rebuild...

and my diet consists of yogurt, hot fries, milkshakes, and pizza.

I do sit-ups when I get home and shit, like ten every time a commercial comes on, then ten when that goes into another commercial, and shit. But I don't work out my abs daily, because they're fucking sore when I use the machine two days in a row. Sometimes I alternate through legs, arms, abs, but still I don't work them out everyday. But I do abs the most, really.

work different parts of ur abs to vary it

like today work ur lower and mid...tomorrow ur obliques and upper...and alternate

Just eat healthy

Goto the gym and do cardio, arms/traps, chest/abs...in a schedual where you space them all out evenly.

Then get a good protien shake.

i use to work out, but i got too lazy to go to the gym......so i just have a routine i like to do at home......easy shit like sit ups, chin ups, push ups, bicep curls, calf raises, do that through the week, then just basic stretching on the weekends......also i will do light running all through the week as well....just simple to keep in shape.

I got chocolate and it tastes like the inside of an ass.

Im picky when it comes to these shakes cause I can always taste that powdery protien in it and Im not a fan.
