Looking out and around thru the office window
Building’s peak reaches higher than a “house” like bingo.
Looking down at the rat race, -locked in chains
But then every jobs the same with its share of pain
It makes life worth living, gives things worth giving
hoping for positive reply to “howzat?” at the end of my innings
Im aware not many ever had a ticket to cricket
So really wont have a scooby, “Howzat” –wat is it?
This is fast becoming wood in the sea...and drifting
My point is life’s dull, needs a bit of lifting
Wat makes you happy? How do you cheer up?
Got a girl now, just need to fill this beer up
Wont cry a tear, don’t do it for me
In all honesty life isn’t a tragic story
Its no more boring than a hippy’s fable of woe
