Standoff On My Street..!!

Well i dont have all the information, but so far all i know is that some guy killed 2 people in a town about 15 miles from my house then he went to his house and set it on fire, and i guess he was trying to escape the state when they caught him in his truck on my street, they tried shooting up the truck but he got out and ran into a nearby house where he's got someone held hostage. So now its a huge standoff, they've got helicopters, SWAT team, jumpout vans and theyve closed down about 5 blocks around my house, so no one can leave or go anywhere.
But one good thing is that this is the first time since ive lived on this street that the cops arent here for me..
