No one has stepped up to run/coordinate it. So, my idea is this: have this contest be the 1st ever self-running competition. I'll explain the rules and set up to criteria. Those who sign up for the competition will be expected to meet those criteria and the drop deadline. The 5-10 who sign up for the voting council will simply vote on the tracks once they are dropped. There, I can still be a contestant because the competition will essentially run itself. Once all the logistics are set, I'll take my hands off this contest and let it run itself.
This is a one shot, winner takes all contest.
The Premise:

Simply come up with the most creative concept to ever hit a rap, period. Each contestant will have 2 weeks to derive and then spit their concept on track. They will drop only once. The voting council will vote on the tracks and decide which person had the single best concept on track. Note: I'm not talking about your normal, every day concept. I'm talking about something so creative, so ingenius that it was once thought impossible to pull off on track. Come with you ABSOLUTE best.

I think this contest should be limited to about 10 emcees. There are spots for 9 because I want to be a contestant. Anyone on the voting council CAN NOT be a contestant. And, NO CONTESTANT has a say in how people on the voting council votes.

The Prize: There is no prize other than the pride in knowing you'll win the title of "most creative audio head" on RV.PERIOD.

REMEMBER: This is a concept/creativity contest. Flow, rhyming, delivery are important, but SECONDARY factors in this contest. You have to come with something that'll make people go, "WOW, I WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT THAT COULD BE DONE ON TRACK BEFORE."
