What do you do?

Like Reps, weights and all.


I wanna get bigger, I'm taking WHEY now.


My friend told me to focus on more reps instead of weight.



and what workouts should i focus on? bench press? like what?

beacause im really clueless when it comes to working out.


any info will be great.

Depends on what you want to be bigger, and your friend is wrong. More reps doesn't make you bigger, just tones.

Do more weight, and less reps. But make sure you can do at least 8 reps per exercise. The best way is to focuss on certain areas on certain days. Like

Mon- Squat, chest flys, etc... Mainly focusing on shoulders and chest
Tues- Conditioning and abs
Wed- Bench, dumbells, etc... Mainly focusing on arms and biceps
Thurs- Conditioning and abs
Fri- Dead lift, leg press, etc... Mainly focusing on legs and hips

You just have to condition your whole body, because you won't get stronger if you only focus on a certain area everyday. And be sure to stretch, it strengthens you.

It's all a balance. You can eat a ton of protein, but unless you eat vegetables it won't work at its full potential.

Um, just eat a healthy diet but put more protein and vegetables in it. Don't cut out anything. Also, you can eat some junk food. Like a candy bar, just make it last for 2 weeks. Reward yaself on Saturday or something for completing all goals.

Which reminds me, make goals. Hard enough to push you, but not too hard so that you get discouraged.

I don't take whey. It's not good.
I stay healthy by doign regular stuff.
Here's my little schedule.
Monday: All Calistenics (as much as boring it is, it works just as good as weights)
Tuesday: Back and abs and Calf Raises
Wendesday: Weight lifting All chest workout, Flys Dumbells (I do More reps since i'm toning my body)
Thursday: Rest Just abs n' Calf raises
Friday: Biceps and triceps using dumbells,
Saturday: All about them legs. Leg press, Squats n' calf raises
Sunday: rest
w/e just an example.
Take Muscle Milk
If you wanna get big like fucking Pudzianowski take Nitrious.
