I'm listening to this shit on Audiobook, but if you have a chance go out and get this. Download it on audiobook or just buy the book itself. Have anyone else had the pleasure of reading this?

I'm not really sure. It starts off by saying shit like "Beauty and Ugly complete eachother. High loses it's existance without the low" etc. It seems like just philosophy. Veeeery interesting.

I think so. My beliefs were naturally similar to it. Which makes me feel alot more comfortable with it.

Don't consider buddhism a religion. It IS a philosophy, a set of beliefs and values, a school of thought. Guatama never intended for it to be considered a "religion."

If Tao interests you, I recommend either zen buddhism or tibetan buddhism.

Yeah that's what got me interested in buddhism in the 1st place. I keep having moments where I'll read or listen to some of the shit from it's teachings and I'll just be amased at how much sense it makes. It puts me in such a peaceful state. It's like a temperature change. It makes me feel warm and at peace. When I get into these moments I think clearly which helps ALOT with my situations.

Iv tried like 6 of 7 different kinds of religeons when I was in boot camp. I beleave u should go with wat makes more sense to u instead of what is put down on to u from ur parents and shit. I attended such religouse practices as, Catholic, mormen, Jewish(had to try it), Christianity, and few others, dont think they had buddhism there or I wouldv gave it a shot too. they all had somethings I liked and dissliked, wit shit that made sence and other shit that had us like why did this happend and the guy would just be like "cuz the books says it does" or some shit which really iritates me when it comes to religion and practices.
