I've grown a dis-belief in the life I had fell in for
Cuz I've never felt so irrelevant or irregular
Like a grain of sand miles away from any desert
Deserted, in the worse sense of the word exerted
& when I heard it, I didn't think that it was me mentioned
Til my examples started to cross with the definition's
Suspension, from reality. Suspicion, of who act casually
When actually, they were the ones who caused the fatalities
Of causalities, others affected by your presence faded
Your emptiness had spread into promises once stated
The one who once cared, grows sick of how you live
Subconciously forgetting you & knowing you'll forgive
Anything they did, blaming it on things you can't change
When you've gave your best effort, you end up with more pain
So refrain, from being involved when you're cut from the team
You're granted to be taken, an empty ballot not to be seen


(Insult to injury) as if life didn't suck enough
Now any chance you get, you gotta fuck it up
(Insult to injury) like I didn't spill my heart out
Now you gotta crush it, n cut new scars out
(insult to injury) livin like im walkin on broke glass
But somehow you "forget" promises so fast
(insult to injury) I've conformed to your system
But for some reason you still won't listen
