actually, it was better than most awards show. watch the MTV music awards or even the regular BET awards and then watch this. i thought it was real dope and covered all aspects of hip-hop well. did you see the cypher clips in between commercial clips and shit? and Flex's lifetime award for dj'ing? shit was pretty dope and well put together IMO, especially for the first ever aired.
