tell me which one you'd rather go to work with a full stomache on or empty stomache, and for what reason.

I personally HATE working on a full tummy if it's physical, it just makes it painful. Though I'm about to do it because I haven't eaten in over a day and I have 53 minutes on my hands before work

with a job requiring mental effort you should make sure you eat...it boosts concentration

with a job requiring a lot of physical excertion you should eat about a couple hours before starting work

dont eat carbs before work ...................

mental effort in work u should eat.... but dont cram your face with junk food and shit... eat healthy... u know ceral bananas...etc... for phisical effort... i think you should eat.. but like something quick... just so u have some energy to do wut ever it is u gonna do... going to work on an empty stomach is like trying to write a song with no paper to do it on... it aint gonna work...

Anyway today I decided not to fill up but eat half my breakfast and eat the other half after work (only 4 hours today since I sped shit up, i get payed for the hours I don't work.)

And I was fine. Phew. I should start doing that more often.

If you have the willpower, don't eat anything for 5 days, only drink water. You'll find at about the 3rd day that your head feels clearer and more focused than ever.

If you're doing physical labour you're supposed to eat carbs because they release energy so iunno wtf Summers dumb ass is talking bout. Eat a healthy breakfast before mental work it helps you focus better....
