If you have a decent soundcard you can set your PC to record it's audio output, use cool edit or something to record the song you want and then save it as an .mp3.

You know the volume control? Go the recording section of that, and instead of checking the box under microphone, check the box under "wave" or "stereo mix" or whatever your computer wants to call output.
