what's your take on it...........
if you're into health you probably won't touch the stuff and might like boiled or broiled type foods, if you love it you probably don't care and always eat the shit me ? I'm intermediate. every once in a while maybe you know.. but I know people who only eat fried/baked foods and I know other people who go "they must want a heartattack" when they see other people piggin' out on fried edibles... how do you feel about it... fry any foods at home? etc... lemme kno

no. Apart from doing obviously bad things for your health, some things are traits that you get just from being you..
All the men in my (dad's side) family have heartattacks. Healthy people also get heartattacks, especially if it's passed down to their kids. So.. It'll be coming despite what I do...
