This is something I wrote thinking of myself and life, enjoy...............


Impressions deep in my mind, like footsteps in snow walkways, easy to find.
Can’t turn back time, but memories stay in your head so you can rewind.
Thoughts of images past. Good times and moments you’d thought you always last.
Contemplating drifting away from it all, taking time off, put your feeling on the wall.
But above all, separate yourself from meaningless things like power and wealth.
Get back to basics, when you can’t take this. Things happen in steps like cake mix.
Keep ya head up and feeling focused. Most people go through life without notice.
Meaningless relationships that are bogus. Visions run franticly in my head like locus.
All that is blurry, I see clearly. All that keeps me up at night and worried, I hold dearly.
All these choices that come in a flurry, I am weary.
Have you ever felt lost? Weak, with cloudy thoughts. Ya heart beat soft.
Willing to do whatever it takes, no matter the cost.
The world’s so cold, and all you deal with is the frost.
But ya try to keep ya head up, but ya fed up.
Every time you fall, you get up
One time you won’t and you wish the pain would led up.
It’s as if a part of me wasn’t complete.
The images in my mind I can’t delete, sadness instead love, my mind can’t compete.
Fell to the ground hard, tears hit the concrete.
Feels like I’ve been down this road before, but really it’s the wrong street.
Where did the happiness go to? Look in the mirror, but I don’t know you.
Saying I can’t handle this, in denial, but its so true.
If it’s meant to be, it’ll come together.
When it rains it pours, my emotions are like the weather...........
