have you ever just sat still and listened to the constant beat of your heart
have you ever took the time to think about who you really are
have you ever tried to make yourself that extra bit more nice
or have you ever realised that you are wasting your own life
how about the thought that you are not in control of what you do
the thought that there is someone there watching your every move
the puppet master with his strings that he clings closely to his chest
when he plucks you here and losens you there untill you have no energy left
have you ever felt singled out amounst the biggest croud
or have you ever felt that silence itself has never been so loud
have you ever blended in so much you finally lose all meaning
have you ever been in a situation that has left you worthless and demeaning
have you ever been hurt so badly you just want to end it now
has anything ever happened to you that has left you wondering .how?
have you ever noticed something that others have not yet came across
have you ever watches someone less fortunate pick up something that youve tossed
have you ever had that feeling that theres a hole inside your heart
