50 Cent could have to defend himself against another lawsuit.

50 is being sued by a photographer from the New York Post for 21 million dollars (around 12.5 million pounds).

The snapper, Jim Alcorn, claims he was knocked down by 50's bodyguards while he took pictures of the rapper coming out of a jewellers. He was taken to hospital where an x-ray revealed jaw and neck injuries.

Police haven't charged anyone over the alleged attack and 50's people have refused to comment.
