the de-esser for sure. All those "noise reduction" type processes strip away an entire frequency range for the entire track. So not only are your S's de-S'd but your vocals had some of their treble stripped away too. Just like boom eliminators strip away some of the bass.
that's just how they work. which is why they don't.
