Beat makin jawn

YOOoooo sup... I was lookin to get a beat makin program, one i could use on my computer.... i got like 200 $ to spend... whats the the best one i could buy.... any advice helps..... Scream at me

You can download most programs off kazaa fruity loops or reason would be a good place to start 1
