FL Studio TS404 Bass Tutorial

IP:

To get a good sounding bass on the ts404 you must first load a channel then load the default ts404 preset then click on the channel then change the wave form to square (showed in red) then click the MISC button( again showed in red)

Then click the MISC button (again showed in red) then lower the note to about c8 on the root note. Go back to the ts404 plugin change the envelope decay to about 10 past (65%) change the filter cut to about 10 to (32%)and the filter envelope to about 10 past (65%) <place the delay to about quarter to.

Open your step sequencer right click the channel and click fill each 2 steps the open the note editor place a slide (portamento) on the 2nd 4th 6th and 8th note then change the 1st 3rd 5th and 7th note to c4 as the notes 2,4,6 and 8 are c5 this should make a contrast sound low then high which is perfect for trance sounds then take it from there (don't forget to save your preset)
