Next big thing?
IP:
Who do you think the next person to "blow up" is gonna be? There's alot of really talented underground MCs that could easily become mainstream, but choose not to. However, based on skill along, who do you think could be the next big thing?
My picks are: Aesop Rock- His new CD has gotten good reviews, but he hasn't really broken through the ice yet. Jakki da Mottamouth- Only heard a few songs by him, but he's a dope battle MC. He also comes off tight on RJD2's "F.H.H" track. Immortal Technique- He might be a little too politically minded to explode, but he's got the talent. |

ya'll talking bout hiphop wise. none of the niggaz ya'll named will move records. Saigon's crazy ass can't stay outta jail long enough to put out a single even though he dope. yeah i guess Banks is big but not really in a solo since i guess. As far as beats, rhymes, good timing, perfect situation, attention from both major genres (hiphop and R&B) and the pop crowd wanting to get at him, Kanye West is in perfect position 2 take shit over. 2 Bad for some unknown reason Through the Wire isn't Number one followed by Slow Jamz
