Do i record verse without music? then insert the beat, or do i insert beat then record new track with music?

it's not that hard, for example, look at the wave pattern, then you would know when the beat starts. but whatever

k, just makin sure, that what i was doing, i just heard that you record your verse, then put it into the beat.

beat is in one track....record on other trackSSS...dont have to get it all in one take..remember..its a MULTITRACK recording program..use multitracks

verses on track 2,
chorus track 3,
overdubs track 4, etc.

It's actually better if it's broken up into different tracks because then you can apply effects seperately to the differenct sections.

Once you finish a track you can save it as a wav (higher quality) or an mp3 (lower quality). If you save it as a wav then you can easily convert it to mp3 using Music Match software later on.
