Raindrops....soft as cotton, falling by the millions
Every individual drop represents my feelings
For every tear I shed, is another season passed
Quickly and silently I see my happiness pass
And float out of my grasp like thos cumulus clouds
And pain flashes over me like lightning as my heart roars with thunderous sounds
Woe is me...give me a parasol
From this pain that pours like rain, for we share a soul
We desire to touchdown and merge with our puddles
For you, its made of rain...mine is of love and cuddles
But in both I see my reflection
But one is temporary offering little protection
The other one is murky but is clear with affection
Yet God knows how to open the skies with absolute perfection
My heart is infatuated with being saturated
With Love to the point where I almost feel intoxicated
But for all the times of rain....there are times when the sun spreads its rays
But God knows I love those rainy days

i was really liking this. its a very good topic to. i never seen anybody poet about rain and their life and make it into one. really liking this,

I thought that was a real good way to start it off.

But for all the times of rain....there are times when the sun spreads its rays
But God knows I love those rainy days

thats real nice, i only like this because you made it sound so clear, n i was really into this poem.

one thing tho, instead of putting it all like how you did, lets say the structure, try breaking it down into seperate stanzas', like your first 6 lines will be ur first stanza so on and so on,, pce

ive seen it but in a different way so i was feeling this stay up 1
