I preordered this album off Amazon yesterday. Apparently its going to be released next week.

Has anyone heard it? What did you think? I have trouble believing Gift of Gab could drop a bad solo album after all the brilliant work he's done as part of Blackalicious, and the one review I read of the album seemed overwhelmingly positive.

Any thoughts?

Its the first solo album by Gift of Gab (the MC from Blackalicious).

I don't think its recieved much publicity at all though. I only found out about it because it was listed under my recommendations at Amazon. I was hoping I could find someone who had gotten their hands on an advance copy (or *ahem* pirated one off Kazaa or somthing), so I could get thier opinion of it.

Maybe I'll just have to weight till its released.
