Eminem's fallen off a little, but i still think he owns that crown. Personally though, i think Fabolous has been the best rapper alive...his punches are the best in the game and his multies are at least comparable to Eminem.

Give us a few categories to choose from.. then it might be possible to choose a best.. or at least list the top contenders..

E.g: Who has the best wordplay? Who has the best delivery? etc..

Aside from the seperate elements of hip-hop, there is no "best," nor will there ever be..

Really.. how hard is that to comprehend? If you're confused, think about it for a minute..
