there should be a way where if you have a same IP no as a battler in a battle, you can't vote in that battle, whether coinincidence or intentional your not allowed to vote in that battle

No, not going to change it.. otherwise AOL people won't be able to vote. It's just your battle.. how many votes are there going to be? Just see who votes for the other guy and see if the IPs match.
