I may hav a misunderstanding of the saying "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" but according to my interpretation this is what I think:
The base word of revolutionary is revolt. A revolt is an uprising which would be classified as negative especially in America where it's practically blasphmeous to challenge the system. The revolution is centered around black people and our deliverance from our oppressive state. If black people are revolting I think it's definately going to be televised because it is the medias priority to make sure that we are cast in a negative light. But if u hav any other interpretations let me know so I can have a better understanding, cause "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" is such a good cliche. It makes u feel powerful almost...
