Its a voice modifier jus tlike on Better Dayz and Remember Me (R U Still down).
However, Loyal To The Game is pure garbage. I think idiots like Eminem and etc. have done really enough to destroy Pac's career. Nothing after Remember Me album shouldn't have been released and all these collabos with current artists and voice modifiers is nothing more than a chance for these lamers to be on a same track with Pac.
