I was reading the rules for the "Spring Sound Special", and every round the time limit increases and I think that they should be 1:00 to 2:00 minutes every round

Hmmm......I guess that's why you're not running the tourney
 ™He has minimum times as well as maximum times. The times should get longer as the round gets higher, that shows skill in battling when you can spit a lot about your opponent ™
