They probably did something for the site. For instance
promoted it elsewhere, possibly on their own sites if they in fact have one or maybe they paid money. Who knows? Or it could be they are in tight with the people who run RV. Four of those are music pages i'm assuming, so it's not exactly spamming like it would be if you leave links to other competing rap boards. The other two aren't really boards so they probably are just promoting RV throughout the net in exchange for their banner here.
