what bail conditions have you been issued(if any)

I just got out of court, I was there to get my conditions changed.

they had me reporting for bail at the local police station once a week.

Ok my charges do have a serious side to them.but fuck i aint no killer or rapist, so i went to court today to have them changed.

The mother fuckers changed it from reporting for bail once a week, to no consuming drugs or alcohol.

But i love my moonshine

No alcohol . Fuck that, i'd go flipmode.

I never had to report for bail, and i got bailed out about 4 times so i wouldnt have no idea about that but for parole i cant do any of that shit... But i still do, i got ways around the system..... be creative.

Ok when i report for bail i have to sign this report sheet. They have a photo of me on the sheet so i cant just get someone else to report.

If i dont report it is taken into consideration on my court date and will make things look worse for me cause i didnt comply by my bail conditions.

Souljah, Im going to court for. thieftxcar .thieftxshop. removing-non-operational sticker x2 and assualting officer(no I didnt do it, they assualted me blah blah fuck cops)

the rest of that shit they could have been willing to merge, but the assaulting an officer is gonna destroy any chance you got of beating anything. I used to know of a kid named Ronnie that went in for assaulting an officer, but got out after a few weeks he ratted on someone. He died after his release,so I gues ultimately he lost anywho, but that's not the point, lol.

most bail conditions (unless it's something major like assaudling an officer -which could be something as simple as spitting at them or throwing something on hte ground and a piece if it getting anywhere near em, or them being hurt in the attempts to retain you) is just
"do you promise to go to court?"
"-yes"
"Are you suuurree??"
"ye-wait.....yes"
"ok. give us money. If you don't show, we keep the $ and issue a warrant for your arrest".

Btu that assault man..shit, I hope you got a GREAT lawyer.

PS, not all drugs will stay in your system nearly s long as weed will. Coke stays in your system for 48hrs max - and even less if you keep drinking water/gatorade/etc till your piss runs transparent. I got a full blood test at a hospital 20hrs after geting into 1.75g of it and didn't turn up a single spec.

na my lawyer is kinda hopless, he's thru legal aid cause I dont have any money to pay for a lawyer, so its a court appointed guy. He trying his best though, but he gets intimidated by the judge.

I dotn think I will go inside cause I dont have much previous convictions, but still its allways in the back of my head.

Plus they put my court date off till december, so yeh.. i got a long time of waiting and worrying till I even have a clue if Im going inside or not..blah. take it when it comes.

hate to bust your bubble but assault on an officer = inside time. The severity changes the sentence man.

I see what you mean now.. up where i live they basically call that daily reporting. Its for people who caught a serious charge but got bailed out. I had to do it. basically you wake up and gotta be there at 8 am, sign in, and then you gotta do like classes and shit, its kinda like school, 20 big rooms with chais and you gotta listen to ex cons and other people talk until 3 pm.


It was a bitch i had to do it for 8 months , every single day.

And you can still drink if you only go once a week, alcohol only stays in your system for up to 72 hours. And beer itself only stays in your system for up to 48 hours. But liqour lasts longer. And if you wanna smoke weed, go to a grocery store or pharmacy and by these things that are called...

Urinary Tract Pills.. or something similar to that thats says urinary tract. They dont clean out your system but they block illegal drugs from being pissed out. Just take 2 pills like 3 hours before you go and youll be good.

i do it every 2 weeks when i go to see my parole officer

yeh im'a still drink anyway.

but yeh this isnt like what you explained.. I just had to go sign a bit a paper between 5 and 7 every wednesday after noon.

wasnt hard, just annoying..

but that lifted that today.

so now i aint got shit to care about..apart from the drinking but blah, how they ever going to catch me drinking.

I been to jail for wheat and attempted grand theft.

I only stayed overnight.But that court shit seemed like it would neva end.

na staying in the cells over night isnt jail..thats simpyl being in the cells.

but yeh, courts do fuck you round like crazy.

I almost stayed there though....my pops payed 7000$ to get me out.Then after the court he had to pay 7000$ more and I had 2 weeks of community service.

$7000 to get out of jail?? umm. Unless your law is extremely diffrent to mine. We are let out after court, and the first court date is never a sentace, its allways just a status hearing.
