I like this a lot better then your other one. The eye thing was a nice touch, but darken it a little. Doesn't look realistic. The text is nice, but kinda hard to read the subtext. I think it would have been better if the backround behind him would have been the city or something. Kinda looks like two pics put together.

Okay the deal is that the thing on his eye is distractin and makes him look like the terminator. the sub text has too much of a beval on it. the top text however looks pretty good but the glow on it is too much. now making juelz fade away a little doesnt seem too good because it isnt relistic(unless thats wat u were going for)
