So this year at my school, I find out that if someone attacks you, you can no longer defend yourself... You are supposed to accept all attacks and "tell a supervisor" later... If you do defend yourself, you recieve the same punishment as the person that attacked you...

c'mon...NO ONE attacks a person for NO reason...so, the school is probably safe in assuming that part of that equation was made up by both parties, regardless of who started it.

When I was in school, I was never in any fights. There was one time this girl lied to her brother and told him I called her out her name. At that time, I was a str8 A student and was focused on getting into college. So, the kid walks up in my face and pushed my face to the side like "U called my sista a bitch or hoe or something"...

I looked at him and said "Yo sister is a liar." and walked away without hitting him back.

By the way, I graduated valedictorian from that school. The kid who pushed me, well, he was killed in an altercation outside of a club here in D.C.

What the hell are you smoking? Why kick out a kid who did nothing wrong, and was only defending himself... There isn't an answer, the rule is bullshit and in my opinion you are wrong.

I stated why you should kick BOTH out.

#1...Rarely does someone just randomly beat someone up and that person is completely "innocent".

School officials are justified in presuming that both parties had "SOMETHING" to do with the initial conflict...

Plus, it's difficult to determine who starts fights...Even if someone gets bumrushed from behind.


P.S. Defending yourself doesn't mean beating the person who "started" it up...Once that person has swung on u and moved on, if u swing on them, u are no longer "defending" urself, rather u are u being the aggressor...

when I was in school and someone "Stole" someone in da back of the head, the person turned around and started swinging...


If the other person walks away, then when u run up on dem and hit them back...that aint defense homie.
