how the shit do you hange your name?

I talked to nos who said users can't do it thmeselves (thought I coulda swore you could buy a name change) and I PMed strobe, but of course that's taking over a week to get going. How the fuck do you change your god damn name??
Someone can lock this after someone posts a valid answer.
