that "random shaped window inside a darker rectangle" thing is played to DEATH..
dont ever do that again... other than that its pretty cool...except for the text... if you didnt do that window thing i could see it being a lot doper...redo it without that thing...

download the alien skin 2000 plugin pack...
i think thats what its called... its got a scanline filter... it adds it to the whole layer...but you can get around that with creative masking...

wut were the tuts about that u read?
the border wud be dope if it was measured a bit more (same width on both sides, etc.) n tizz, u make scanlines like this... draw two scanlines, space/rotate them as u like then select it (make sure that it doesnt begin AND end wit a scanline or a blank), and save it as a pattern (edit>define pattern) then apply them by using the fill tool, n changin it from foreground to pattern there's an easier way, but every time i try it it doesnt work, so just do that |

yeh border is too thick and like tizz i dont know how to do scanlines and been wantin to learn....schema's way of gettin the seems easier and more convienient but yeh its pretty good.just the border kills it
