After publicly dissing the entire city of Phoenix at a recent show in the Arizona City, D-12’s Proof made local headlines by reportedly instigating numerous fights at a charity event which eventually led to shots being fired between rival crowds. In response to the black eye Proof has levied upon the hip hop scene in Phoenix, battle rapper and Source Magazine’s Unsigned Hype battle champion Apollo has called out the Detroit MC and offered ten thousand of his own scrilla to battle the Dirty Dozen crew member. I have heard him. I've seen him live. Dude is a fucking beast. He mowed down all the competition in Phoenix by battling. He's also the Source's Unsigned Battle Hype Champion. He's battled in Madison Square Gardedn. He's dope as fuck. Proof hasn't beaten anybody good in forever.. neither has Eminem. If Eminem ghostwrites though, that would be homo, for real. Apollo would blow through them in a freestyle battle. |
