.......that kids think structure has anything to do with audio.

when I write I could write it in one sentance and still know were to pause spit change flow.

I was chilling with these cats the other day,and they gave me a concept they wanted me to have a verse on(they were just abotu to lay the track) so i sat down and started writing,half way thru this one kid lokked over my shoulder and tryd to tell me i stretched a bar and it would work right when spitting, i told the cunt to shut up and wait till I spat.

it really makes me laugh how kids can seriously think that structure on the paper will effect how you spit. Most godd emcees know how they are to spit it the secnd they write it.

Well...it's not structure that counts...

it's syllable count. Your bars could be stretched as fuck, but if there are enough syllables...it works.

i could write my tracks like this and still know were to flow and shit, structure simply helps the writer to spit it easier. But in the end structure isnt the main key to dropping a track it simply help you be able to read it to spit it easier.

yeh,thats like me. i just naturally write with some sort of structure.definitly. But its weird that kids think the text has alot to do witht he song. Like if your handwriting is messy it aint goign to be a good song. 0_o

You niggas know nothing about music. I listen to alot of ya'll audio shit on here, and it seems to me like your voices are fucked up. It's like some foreign kid tryna rap. I mean, at least rap on beat. But, I aint gon front, there are a few heads on here that could probably make it in the music industry, but if you think sitting on a rap site hoping a producer or A n R is gunna come on here and like yo song, you is a dumbass. Fuck this site, go get some real criticism on your work, and make it somewhere. Most of you cats on here just get sucked into "thinking" you could rap. co sign. yo tex from your statement i assume that you are like the rest of us people who actually go to studios. post a track up in the songs forum cos i wanna see if you can back up theory with practice (ie actually putting up a decent song)

it' dont really matter how you write on paper. long as you lay down fire. and its on beat

but good structure is good for if you droppin 16 then you just gotta drop 16 lines...if the structure looks like ass then you gotta look all over the place for each bat.
