...Is showing me that all these net battles are irrelevant.
Freestyling is an amazing rush...it's more real, and everything happens quickly. You get a crowd going, and it's intense. And these stupid net battles are shit on the ground compared to it. A lotta kids on here are cocky...audio battles an exception, but text..? Pfft. Kids be like "OH I COULD OWN YOU IN A TEXT BATTLE!" Then I be like..."Let's freestlye bitch."  |

U don't "NEED" the net
but yea...freestyling is fun...I've done it on a few occasions...and, I've noticed that audience reaction to what you say is almost if not more important than what you actually say to be honest...I can't freestyle like a NAs or Mos Def...my brain just doesn't construct lines that fast...I need to write my songs...But, I can freestyle based on what I see and experience in the moment...I'm decent at it... If I ever went on Freestyle Fridays, I'd remember raps like a MOFO! chea

OMFG WORD LE. Ever since I started freestyling text battles are the herbiest peice of shit I've ever laid my EYES upon. I mean come on it doesn't take a genius to see the wackness. If you can't do audio then drop OM's or Poems or do topicals. Text battles are pointless peices of shizit.

your just finding this out now....after freestylin and whatnot thats when i came to the net...like freestyleuniverse .com but then that shit got closed down so i came to RB then here....
but yea obviously freestylin makes text battles look bad....i was just freestylin today for drivers ed... i had a project due today and didnt do it, so i freestyled and and then i threw in a line like 'you know i be stpitten, i handle more breasts than kentucky fried chicken' and the drivers ed teacher was like it was good until you went off topic about KFC... |

i just do txt cuz its fun enough for online when ur bored, n u also get into collabs the hole deal, as well as more along the line audio, depends on the skillz u pick up and the person u are i guess.

that line is actually in a dogg pound song method...thats not really the point of freestyling, limited if you are so good, come to the next cherry lounge battle of alberta. then we'll see. cause that shit is real. all the best people from alberta are there...next one is in a month or so.
