I'm having this problem that after doing my mixdown i'm getting this screech at the beginning of the track, can anyone explain or help with this?

well, most likely, when you first was about to record you had your mic too close to your speaker
OR
Your beginnin vocals was really low, and you prolly tried to increase the db's and when you increase the volume alot it makes feedback, too
i dont know how to fix it, besides prolly re recordin

Meh, something's wrong with my Cool Edit. Tryna put an instrumental on there, and some shit pops up and automatically kicks me out of it.
