I thought I had some sleep disorder or something, but I realized I'm not an insomniac. I just have no concept of time. Day or night dosen't make a difference to my mind because an hour is still an hour. It's 5:00AM and I feel like it's midday. My body can't tell the difference between 2hrs sleep and 12hrs sleep, so when I wake up, I just go till I fool my self into falling asleep. Wack.

Nothing new here. It's 9am and I'm about to head off to bed. Lately I've been sleeping in till 5pm, but yesterday, I went to bed at 9am and woke up at 1:30pm. Couldn't fall back asleep, so I got up and ended up sleepy and taking a 3 hour nap at 12am. Totally wack sleeping schedule. It wasn't this bad, but the day after thanksgiving I went out and bought parts for a new computer. Put it all together and couldn't get it working, so I stayed up past when I normally go to sleep to figure it out. I think for my New Years resolution, I'll start going to bed at normal times like other people... this will probably last for a week like all the other years I've tried to do it.

In the summer, I'm usually nocturnal, because that's when all the cool things happen. Coincidentally, I never go outside. It's a win-win situation, I can't get attacked by badgers or vampires or both.

Strobe, word, I'm gonna try to get my sleep schedule back on once my damn site is done. Man, it'll be a glorious day. Lets be realistic, the reason we stay up late is because we didn't get up early enough to do everything in that day. Bout tuesday or wednesday I'll be back on schedule for the first time in 3 almost 4 months. Hopefully.

Totally agree.. it's so much easier to just keep on working rather than stopping and starting again like 8 hours later. I'm thinking if I keep it up, I'll eventually come back around in a full circle and be going to bed at 9/10pm like normal people.

lol, yeah,3 months ago I thought it'd eventually reset too, lol. The only way I found to reset it is instead of going to sleep when you were gonna (at sometime before noon) just stay up, coffee, what ever it takes, stay up till 9-10pm that night THEN go to sleep. You'll wake up the next day right back on schedule. Yay.

lmao seriously i have that problem too...i can almost never fall asleep so i'm tryna do that full circle thing too....i hadta do it the day before school started and THANK GOD on the last day of summer i fell asleep at like 11 i thought i was gonna fall out on the first day of school lmao
