ok well how can i put lets say the vocals from a song from (say hello) techno remix intoa beat im doin on Reason.

you have to mix the track bringing up just the vocals. There was a dope tutorial in one of my scratch mags... If I find it I'll post it. It's actually pretty hard, but it can be done. It'd be easier to just try mixing the two tracks together - but you're going to get a totally different sound then what you prolly want. It'll be new, but not always good.
