Sushi places... You wanna know the low down on these joints? They are supposed to keep food at a temperature below 5 degrees celcious to ensure no harmful bacteria grows in the food.. These places almost NEVER do it... ALWAYS ask them what the temperature is where they keep their pre-made sushi before you buy anything from their shops.... Aswell as any places that sell bbq chicken.. The regulations for them is keeping food above 40 degrees celcious... You'll have to work out the farenheit figures yourself. |
