Football Players or people who wanna eat good

Hey you should sticky this..one of the coaches for my schools football team is giving me meals i should eat for dinner each day! if you wanna see what it is just come in this thread i'll post it up everyday or every other day! its gonna get my butt in shape on top of all the running and lifting weights i do during the day! alright tonight this is what i whooped out out of the book:

1 can of Green Beans
1 Can of Creamed Corn
2 eggs
1/4 can of olives

thats exactly what it says

I have a nutrionist/personal trainer/physio on my university bball team and the programmes etc that he has me on DIFFER between each player...i know FUCK ALL about american football, but i thnk your a fat/chubby dude, therefore the diet he describes u shud b hella different to summin a kid of decent physical activity shud b eatin...youd b dumb to follow sum random kids diet.

word I LOVE football...thats my sport...I'm a Full Back and Linebacker......yeah but like diets are different between people like dealing with size...like my diet wouldnt be the same as some sumo wrestlers...this one like weight lifter guy came and trained with our team last year and he eats 4 steaks for dinner...the guy was jacked...i was just like damn

Looks like he is targeting your metabolism mainly. Since you need to improve speed, he is trying to make you lose weight while still eating protein in order to build muscle.

All the veggies and the little protein from the eggs.
Prob is for me, I hate 3 out of 4 of those things.

Bro...Learn what different foods do and their nutritional value so you can eat a modified diet to lose weight

I can tell you that you're pudgy because you snack too much and eat junk food. Cut that junk food out, stop snacking, and you'll lose 15 lbs, easily.

so i've been droppin a lil weight....its not like i'm 2000 pounds overweight either

yo seriously, don't drink anything but water and eat organic foods. you'll lose weight without even trying. Diet ANYTHING is worse for you than the non-diet version since theyreplace real food with synthetic ones that your system isn't designed to handle, which slows your metabolism down and makes you fat anyway.

If your bent on playing DL or OL eat a lot (meat mostly and some organic food) and run and bulk up. Don't be afriad to use the weights. (Don't eat fries)
If you want to be a RB or WR Corner of Safety Eat Healthy and Practice a whole lot a sprints and quickness. Do Jumpropes for the heart.

It's about balance and combination.

Cuz if you eat too much vegetables you can basically cancel out other foods. You need to focus mainly on carbs in order to lose weight, because they burn slower and you will have much more energy, but you have to make sure that you run enough to burn them cuz if you don't then you will gain a lot of weight.

So carbs are what you really need in order to become quicker in the shortest time (still months though) but you need to really push yourself or else the diet will backfire on you.
