is there a new one out or a better programme that you know of that i can d/load?

adobe audition 1.5 or is you dont mind downloading a much bigger file(about 600-700mb) then get adobe audition 2.0

or you could go with qbass, theres alot of progs can be downloaded for recording tbh

I would say if u have been using CEP 2.1 this long you should go to Adobe Audition 1.5, and then on to Cubase or Pro Tools, Learnign curve is a little higher with these programs.
