i do. A track doesnt only base on skills. but by whos doing the song. If it's by somebody you know personally. it's going to be alot better and your going to see it from a different perspective. As if it was just a rapper you know?
me personally i listen to my own muzik. because i do my muzik to MY style. so therefore im probably going to feel my own shit you know. and Lil wayne / Jay Z.influenced me so im jammin to their shit too

well i produce... so it's kinda different for me.
when i used to spit i listened to my music alot i still listen to my beats. but i avoid doing it, cuz i always find some kind of flaw in them... [which is kind of why its taken like 3 years for an official miztape to drop] but fuck it.. you cant rush classics how i see it, if you cant listen.. to the beat without a merksome flow over it it's not a good beat. a good beat makes you just wanna fucking like, mute out the lyrics and vibe to that shit
