Cable internet can get up to 10mb I think but anything higher requires T1 or T3 which is most likely fucking expensive.

Where do you live? I think the fastest and most widely available service would be from Comcast, which is around 8 Mbps. If you live in a town where Verizon offers FiOS, which uses fiber-optics, you can hit 30 Mbps for $180 a month. The 15 Mbps version is cheaper at $45 a month.
