I need some suggestions

Can anybody suggest some instrumentals or free beats that are like slow but up tempo like. So basicly I kinda need the RV audio help for this or just anybody who knows beats

you can make them beats work.. you can make a a dope song with a few drums hitting..its not the beat..its the lyrical skill that makes a song good... u can make hot track accolpella if u wanted.... you can make any beat work... you just think the beats aint good..b/c ur used to hear these commercail hiphop beats.. fuck that
