you're asking a question that's unanswerable, and at the core, pointless. Any lap top can be made to burn CD's, have lots of gigs and if you use na interface you'll have flawless audio quality. well...as flawless as the mic you plug into it.
stop expecting a quick easy answer dude. it just doesn't exist. to get what you want, you'll have to apply what's called....effort.

Just always check your processor, Celeron (Intel) is a shitty processor so make sure you check that because the quality of the processor definitely has an impact on the price...
