Does God have goals?

Based on the definition of goal: an aspiration of an end to which effort was put, I wonder if it's possible for God to have them.
I think that if you know God as omnipotent, then no effort is necessary. Therefore, God wouldn't have to have goals. ehh 1 |

Goals are things achieved through time.... And its logical that god would exist outside the bounds of time. |
