Releasing A 2-Disc Album

IP:

I'm thinking of releasing a 2 disc Album. The first one of course is going to be rap. And the 2nd I'm thinking of doing all R&B cover songs. But I need help to know if I can sing well enough to do it. So I posted the song I was thinking of doing.

Here's the link. It was a rough draft that I did real quick just to get some feedback.

Let me know what you think.

Aight..well your voice ain't bad, and you can carry notes, but man you fell off a lot of notes before you should off throughout it and your vocals are way too faded. They need to stick out more than the piano..

I mean I can see this actually being a really good song...just work on vocal control and carrying notes, and you'll be fine...actually I would enjoy it if you fixed the problems.

Alright thanks man. I really appreciate the feed.

I didnt mix anything or nothing just cause I needed some quick feed. So that's the reasoning for the quality.

But I do need some work on vocals and everything. Hopefully it will get better with practice.

you got a voice that has potential i aint gonna shit you and tell you it was ill and flawless but if you take private vocal classes like you say you're intending to then you will have a stronger voice thats more consistent tone wise if ya follow me...

keep it up and you will get to where you wanna be sounding

i wish i could sing like that...you was probably just messin around with that one too. but word you def can rap and you can sing pretty good man. I'd say do it up, but i'd rather hear it mixed together instead of 2 seperate genre cd's in 1 you know.
