As far as decreasing no shows, I really don't see how you could do that. People have to be self motivated to show and drop. You can't force people over the internet. But I think when the league grows and stuff, people will be more motivated to show. Give it time I guess.

Noshows...make a check-in due date, then if they fail to check-in on that date find a replacement...or some shit...usually works. IDK though. It's worth a try.

the only way to decrease no shows... is.. up the ante.. make the mags larger than life.. hype up the battles a lil bit.. an i think its really on the ppl. in the league ..if we all drop sum nice shit..even if a person isnt gonna show or not.. would inspire alot of heads to join..

talent is prolly 80% of the problem.. an 20% is the mods..

ppl. r talent'd here,but arent inspired.. i guess.an that makes others scouting the net for a league sorta stand off-ish.

i don't want to be harsh tho, people get offended when the mod is harsh.. sometimes thats good and motivates them, but more often they just up and leave.
